Many more samples and tests are still required to know the scope of the loss of fish and wildlife, the impact on the commercial fisherman, land owners, water quality and associated use rights. On February 15, 2012, we filed our First Amended Master Class Action Complaint and included all insurance companies providing coverage for Defendant.
